Our fall session of the Pioneer Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 and Tuesday, October 18, 2016.  This will provide a great opportunity to discuss your student’s educational needs and progress.

 To help us better serve your student; please take note of the following items:

  • There is a new online registration process this year. It’s simple; all you need is access to the internet and a working email address. Detailed, step-by-step instructions are below.
  • Visit the following website to begin the registration process. This link is also on our website.

  1.  Select the appropriate Career-Tech program for your student and click “submit” to begin the registration process.
  2. At the next screen, please enter your student’s first name, last name, your name, your email address, and a phone number. Once you click “Submit,” you will receive an email with an access link to choose the date/time that works best for you.
  3. Choose the date/time of your preference for your conference. If a specific date/time has already been chosen by another user, it will say “unavailable” and you will not be able to choose that selection.  At the bottom of this screen, you will once again enter your student’s last name, first name, name of parent(s) attending the conference, and a phone number.  Then click “confirm selections.”  You will receive a final email confirming the date/time you selected.
  4. If you need to change or cancel your conference, you may do so by clicking the access link in this final email.  No changes or cancellations can be made after Monday, October 10 for Thursday, October 13 conferences and  Saturday, October 15 for Tuesday, October 18 conferences.  If you need to change/cancel your conference after these dates, please call 419-347-7744, ext. 42200.

 Plan to meet with your student’s career-tech lab instructor at the scheduled time. Academic instructors will be available before or after your scheduled conference.  Room locations of academic instructors will be available the night of conferences in the main office.

  • If you do not have internet access and wish to schedule a conference for your student, please call 419-347-7744, ext. 42200.

 Some additional opportunities during conferences include:

  • FASFA Parent Night is Thursday, October 13 at 6 pm in the Library for seniors and their parents
  • College Credit Plus Meeting is Tuesday, October 18 at 6pm in the Cafeteria.  Find out how your student may take college classes next school year!
  •  Visiting our Success Center where additional tutoring is available for your student.
  • Also, we invite you to enjoy some wonderful desserts at our Alumni Bake Sale on Thursday, October 13th and Tuesday, October 18th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm outside the cafeteria. The Alumni Bake Sale is sponsored by the Alumni Association.  The Alumni Association will also be selling Alumni lanyards for $3 each.  Proceeds benefit Alumni scholarships.
